Well known as an industry leader in vineyard management as well as an excellent winemaker, Ulises understands what is needed to make excellent wine beginning with the grape and ending in the glass. Ulises brings over twenty years of experience and farms over eight hundred acres for wineries such as Paul Hobbs, Kent Rosenblum, Mark Aubert and Jeff Cohn. Ulises works closely with consulting winemaker, Paul Hobbs, to cultivate distinctive wine of the highest quality.
